This Pozzani No.10 sediment filter removes dirt, sediment, rust and other solids down to 5 micron using a spun polypropylene filter, which has a high capacity for solids, yet is easily and economically replaced.
(If you are unsure of the rating required, we suggest you start with this 5 micron cartridge.)
This is a simple to use in-line water filter cartridge with a maximum pressure of 150 psi (11bar) and a maximum temperature of 60 degrees centigrade.
This cartridge will fit any standard Ametek No10 or compatible 10 housing including systems manufactured by Liff and Culligan (250mm cartridges with 1" ports/holes at either end).

. The filters works as we are accustomed to over the years of buying Liff replacement type cartridges.

. I did notice, however, that the diameter of the internal open cylindrical space is larger than previous cartridges we have used and this did not tightly fit the filter housing.

. The cartridge was the correct length and after fiddling it into a central position in the housing and tightening up a leak was noticed. Re-aligning the cartridge and re-tightening all was well and the water came through as clear as ever.
