No10 Twin Scum & Scale Water Filter System

Fitting it was simple and after a bit of juggling of stuff it fitted under the kitchen sink, they do take up a fair amount of room as they are quite large filter housings. The benefit of this is you get a good flow rate our previous filter trickled out. The tap water is very hard in the area so I was hoping it would live up to my expectations. To give a comparison I measured the tap water with a TDS meter, it was 297ppm and after the filter it was 120ppm and then with water hardness test strips pre was between 500 and 250 ppm and after between 50 and 125. It’s not super accurate but has convinced me the filters are doing something to improve the water, however the real test was how clean the water tasted and no scum in the kettle or tea cup.

I'm really pleased with my new No.10 twin water filter system. The tap water used to taste appalling but with the No10 twin filter the tap water is now very pleasant to drink and better than bottled water in my opinion.

Absolutely delighted with our new filter system. The water is much improved and tastes wonderful. We previously had a Franke triflow system in our old house and have really missed having filtered water since we moved in January. This is the first time we have had a dual filter and I descaled our glass kettle in honour of our new system. It was installed a week ago and the kettle is still pristine - looks like it will be some time, if at all, that it will require descaling again!

. I did quite a bit of research online before deciding which filter system to choose and which supplier. Very pleased with Pozzani for both quality and price.

I had recently bought a filter and tap from a DIY shop but found it didnt make any difference to the scum and taste of water, after talking to the very helpful ladies on the phone I took their advice and went for this system, I have to say the quality of water in taste and look is amazing, even bottled water I bought left a bit of scum on the cup but we have none, thankyou so much I would definately recommend.

. I have been using Pozzani filters for many years in my Culligan twin under sink drinking water system. So when my Culligan unit sprang a leak and needed replacing it seem natural to get a new twin unit from Pozzani.

The new unit is great, after all I already use the filters, but it is quite expensive so I was very surprised when I had to call customer services as the plastic "O" spanner did not seem to fit the filter cases. "It is the correct one" I got told "you just need to take right to the top and have the place it at an angle and it will grip a couple of the ridges on the filter case."

. I feel this is really poor my Culligan unit had a spanner that fitted ALL the ridges on the filter case. Having the spanner at an angle causes you to put extra pressure and "angles" the filter cases as you try to tighten them. Also it is hard to manipulate things in a small space at an angle. Also there is no mention of this in the fitting documents!

When I put this to Pozzani they said that it is what is supplied by the manufacturer as it is suitable for many different filter case - I would disagree - yet Pozzani have their name on the product. They suggest it stops you over tighten it - I would suggest it does not and may put stress on the metal hanging bracket. Finally they suggest that I could always buy a better and correct size spanner from them for £3. For a £134.99 retail you would think they would supply one!

. The filter works fine but come on Pozzani supply a decent fitting spanner and dont been so stingy. Poor show!

Very happy with the quality of the system and water. Also easy to install

The system was installed by my mum who said that it was quite straight forward to install. The water tastes much better than it use to when I was just using a filter jug. My dog seems to enjoy it, I think that he is drinking more and drinking for longer because he can't smell the chlorine.

Been using this for a year now and found it to be excellent. Softens the water (no scum on my tea, no limescale in the kettle) and removes the chlorine (water tastes good). Easy to install, easy to change cartridges, in a different league from Brita jugs & similar.

. Cartridge change reminder is a help also. Cartridges last me at least 6 months (your mileage may vary), so reasonable price compared to jug filters as well as far superior performance & convenience.

. Only slight downside is that my water pressure is a bit low, so I can't quite get the recommended flowrate.
