The combination of cartridges in this twin system makes it an affordable means of achieving efficient nitrate reduction as well as lowering levels of many other unhealthy and unpleasant chemicals and metals. The result is freshly filtered drinking water straight from the tap that is difficult to distinguish from shop bought bottled water.
Installation of the system is easy and no previous plumbing experience is necessary. Once fitted, maintenance is minimal; the cartridges simply need to be replaced every six months (depending on use and water quality).
The maximum operating pressure rating for the system is 95 psi. If your pressure is expected to exceed 90 psi we recommend the fitting of a pressure regulator.
The ambient temperature operating range is 5°C to 40°C and the housing should be protected from cold, frost and excess heat.
Cartridges and performance
NR600
The NR600 cartridge contains a special anion exchange resin designed to selectively remove nitrate (NO3) and nitrite (NO2). Please note that its efficiency does decrease as the cartridge approaches exhaustion. Where nitrate levels are over 50mg/l, more frequent cartridge changes will be required. If your water has high levels of nitrate you may also wish to consider our one of our RO systems with nitrate selective cartridges.
IX600
This is a general purpose multi-stage cartridge that will remove chlorine, heavy metals, dissolved organics, oestrogens and more. Dirt and suspended solids are also removed down to 5 microns.
Important Note
The life of the filter is proportional to the loading of Nitrate (NO3) and Sulphate (SO4) in the source water and the volume of water used. The more Nitrate and Sulphate in the source water and the more water you use, the faster the filter will exhaust. If you require advice prior to purchasing please contact us.

The kit arrived safely and very well packaged with absolutely everything you need to fit the system, now I am not and probably never will be a plumber but I managed to fit the entire system in under an hour, the instructions are very clear and you get practically everything you need, even most of the tools, the only thing required is a large enough drill bit to make the hole for the small tap, to fit next to your sink.

After a few buckets to clear the system through, no leaks, just pure clean tasting water, now was the time to start adding the water to our new fish tank, so tested the water for nitrates and was amazed to find only the slightest trace of nitrates considering our waters supply has a relatively high Nitrate level.

. So after about three months use, the taste of the water is still clear, fresh and clean the fish are healthy and the system is working well, highly recommend this product to anyone who wants fresh tasting filtered drinking water and for fish keepers alike.

. The system itself is very easy to install with full phone back up from the guys at Pozzani if you get into trouble. We managed it in about half an hour because the instructions are exceptionally good - I was particularly impressed by the diagram explaining what parts go onto the tap in what order. The system has been really well thought out and designed. I was a little nervous about puncturing the cold water inlet but there was no need to have been and the system is leak-free and working well with a flow rate of 1 pint in 14 seconds
. The water tasted much better immediately and is crystal clear. This is a real boon for us as the impurities in the water have been identified as a major contributing factor towards my wife's migraines and, touch wood, they've all but cleared up.
. I'm genuinely impressed by the product, service and price and would recommend Pozzani to anyone.

. Little bit unsure about ph dropping to such a acidic level, I was always lead to believe calcium and magnesium was good for you, maybe someone can explain this to me?
