Most fridge filter suppliers in the UK typically supply 10 cartridges, and whilst these are great value for money (in fact our own GS10J cartridge is the number 1 selling fridge filter in the UK), the filter is slightly different in terms of dimensions and capacities to the standard WSF-100.
This 12" version of an inline filter is the same size as the Samsung WSF100 and will fit existing brackets. Being a little larger it also offers enhanced filtration performance due to the extended contact time with the media. Comes with JACO 'thumb nut' threaded fittings

. I am currently in Cyprus and therefore ordered had the order delivered to a friend that was visiting me. I allowed more than enough time for the order to be delivered yet it did not all arrive on time and so I currently only have 2 out of 3 filters.

. My friend returned yesterday and so I will soon find out if the order has been received by him. However why was it not sent at the same time as the other 2 ?

. Your service has always been good. Originally it was difficult to order on-line (from France). That has improved now although I could always telephone the order.

. I have already mentioned a couple of problems with the website - links to the [email protected], the confusion with shipping costs and the reminder only being a maximum of 9 months. I always order two filters at a time.

. However, the products arrived quickly and safely. The filter is easy to install although I am trying to think of how to recycle the old ones.
