The IX250/IX230-UC cartridge has a 3 stage filtration system.

Stage 1:

Ceramic filtration medium (1 micron) eliminates 99.8% of bacteria and 98% of suspended solids.

Stage 2:

Carbon of high quality with special silver impregnation dramatically reduces chlorine and dissolved organic pollutants such as agro-chemicals, solvents, THM's, TCE's, PCB's, etc.

Stage 3:

Block carbon ultra-efficient stage further reduces chlorine, dissolved organic matter and particulates, finally polishing the water.

With a fast install some 6 months ago it was great to see that the reminder service fuctioned correctly to remind me to change the filter. Ordering was quick and simple and when the new filter arrived it was a five minute job to change it over.

I have a Pozzani Filter tap both at home and at work it is brilliant and the re-order of the cartridges is so easy. At work we enquired about a Water Filter free standing machine which worked out very expensive this cuts down the cost and is easy to maintain. I have recommended this product to lots of friends and family who now also use this system.

The cartridge arrives well packed with very clear instructions. These were very helpful in unscrewing the filter body which had stuck. A rubber banded jar opener is also useful to hold the barrel for unscrewing.
. The cartridge operates well for at least six months and the discolouration on removal clearly demonstrates it's effectiveness. Replacement is simple and clean.
. I am looking forward to using the new re-cycleable model with a slightly improved output.

The filter really does what it says! We have had workmen in doing some alterations and they say our tea is the best they have tasted! I also find that the water can be drunk straight!
. No problems with service, one filter was damaged in the post (the problem appeared after 2 months of use) Phoned Pozzani and a free replacement arrived 48hrs later.

I have used the Pozzani IX250 water filter system and cartridges for many many years, probably 8, prior to that I used a Kenwood system which also required Pozzani filter cartridges.
. I have always been highly satisfied with Pozzani products, I appreciate the replacement/order procedurer and reminders, product delivery is always on time. On the one occasion I had a query it was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Finally it is so cost effective, I estimate 1000 litres water filtered for approximately £12, and it arrives stright from the tap, no carting.

System was originally simple to instal tapping into existing pipework. Replacement filter cartridge also simple to instal only taking a few minutes to replace. The filtered water does taste better than the water direct from the mains supply to the tap.

Very pleased with water filter as the water where we live is not very nice to drink. This is our second water filer we have had previously in our motorhome so when we moved to a bungalow we brought another filter.
. Would recommended filter as so easy to fit and you get reminders about changing filters which is good as I would never remmeber when it had to be changed.

Returns

In line with distance selling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days after receipt of your goods to return them to us if you have changed your mind for any reason
