If you have a springflow system which has a DARK BLUE housing with a GREEN screw cap that the carbon filter drops into, then this is the replacement cartridge you require.

The filter we supply is a high-quality block carbon compatible designed to directly replace the existing cartridge in an identical way to that which you would normally use. Block carbon technology is very effective at reducing chlorine and dissolved organics, and performance from this filter should be like-for-like.

Just the job, at first i didnt think it fitted as it was a little tight to slide in the fillter housing, but it went in with the adapter all is working well. and at a third of the cost of a springflow filter at £30 or more i can have three at this price

When the items arrived the adapter, specified in the Delivery Note, was not in either box. I emailed twice to ask that this be sent but got no reply. Eventually I phoned and the person I spoke to seemed reluctant to accept that it was not in the box, although I had checked thoroughly. She did however then say that it would be sent out and it arrived the next day. So the problem was resolved but it took some effort. The cartridge is now working fine.

Fitted easily, with the adaptor and service was quick, no complaints. I would say that the original replacements that I have bought until this time have come with a replacement "o" ring and there was not one present in the delivery I received. This isnt a problem now but if I buy from Pozzani next time and the time after I will start to be concerned that the sealing ring should be replaced.
. Perhaps Pozzani can comment on this? After all, one has to ask why the originals come with one in every replacement?

The cartridge was a little difficult to install as it's slightly bigger than the original due to the plastic, needed a little force to house it properly. The replacement is certainly lighter than the original and needs an adaptor on the nozzle which is supplied. Once fitted it seems to work and no leaks but not sure if it's as good as the genuine part.

The inlet nozzle on this generic filter was larger than the origional and did not fit the plumbing!!!!!

Returns

In line with distance selling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days after receipt of your goods to return them to us if you have changed your mind for any reason
