If you have a springflow system which has a DARK BLUE housing with a GREEN screw cap that the carbon filter drops into, then this is the replacement cartridge you require.

The filter we supply is a high-quality block carbon compatible designed to directly replace the existing cartridge in an identical way to that which you would normally use. Block carbon technology is very effective at reducing chlorine and dissolved organics, and performance from this filter should be like-for-like.

Very poor! After several attempts to ensure a good quality connection I was unable to stop the top connection from leaking. It was not helpful to have an extra adaptor and I believe the overall length is not sufficient for a good connection.
.
. It is essential for this product to guarantee a good seal and this was not possible. I have had to replace the olde Springlow cartridge and return the Pozzani part for a full refund.

From a very satisfied customer,I have now become a dissatisfied ex-customer. The item I received following my last order,was not what I ordered. I sent an email back, concerning this matter, following which I received one by return,acknowledging the error and an apology. I followed this up with a telephone call to Pozzani,to explain why I thought the error had been made. I spoke to a pleasent lady who on conclusion of our conversation, agreed to replace the item I had been sent,with the item I had ordered, she also stated that, she would enclose a 'Goods Return Label, to enable me to return the item received in error.This was weeks ago,I am still waiting. I wait no more,I have changed my supplier.

This will be my 4th cartridge for my springflow tap. I have allways found the service from Pozzani very good with the cartridge arriving within 48 hours.The cartyridge seems as good as the branded prouduct.

Returns

In line with distance selling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days after receipt of your goods to return them to us if you have changed your mind for any reason

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying all postage costs associated with returning the item to us.
