If you have a springflow system which has a DARK BLUE housing with a GREEN screw cap that the carbon filter drops into, then this is the replacement cartridge you require.

The filter we supply is a high-quality block carbon compatible designed to directly replace the existing cartridge in an identical way to that which you would normally use. Block carbon technology is very effective at reducing chlorine and dissolved organics, and performance from this filter should be like-for-like.

Bought this filter from Pozzani as it was considerably cheaper than the original supplier. There appeared to be no difference between the filters and replacement was easy, though the pushfit connectors had been loosened over several years use resulting in leaks, so new ones had to be bought from the original supplier.

Be warned! I have had 2 spring flow cartridge holders split on me and flooded the kitchen. Around the top on the outlet side. If you change the filter, change the holder at the same time. No comback on Spring flow due to time being beyond the six months replacement period.

Very good service. Cartridge not yet fitted, so cannot comment except to say that I was a bit surprised that no rubber sealing band was sent with the refill.

It was as easy to fit as previous Springflow cartridges, but I note that it does not come with the rubber washer. In time that could be a problem.

Filtered water seems ok but why no O-ring? Having had 3 of your cartridge filters the next change will very probably require an O-ring change. If you do not supply these with the replacement filters then it seems you do not stock and we are left to fend for ouselves or are these supplied at further cost?
. Please advise.

Returns

In line with distance selling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days after receipt of your goods to return them to us if you have changed your mind for any reason
