This 10", 250 micron sediment filter from FilterLogic is designed for use as a pre-filter to remove large sediment particles such as sand and dirt from particularly low-quality water supplies so that the water is ready for the next stage of filtration.
As a sieve/strainer cartridge it is fully washable and reusable making it an extremely economical pre-filter option.
It features a strong external cage with an internal mesh lining and will fit all standard Ametek / Pentek industry housings measuring 9 3/4" (No 10 housing).
