As the name suggests, the new CLARIS Pro Smart Maxi offers higher filtration volumes than the original Pro Smart filter as follows:
- at 1-10° dH: up to 750 l
- at 11-12° dH: up to 600 l
- at 13-15° dH: up to 450 l
- at 16-20° dH: up to 300 l
- at 21-25° dH: up to 240 l
- at 26-30° dH: up to 200 l
The Pro Smart Maxi filter works with Jura's revolutionary Intelligent Water System (I.W.S®), using radio-frequency identification (RFID) to automatically detect when the filter has been fitted and when it needs replacing . This makes maintenance easier than ever and ensures that your machine will always deliver delectable coffee cup after cup.
When used correctly, the CLARIS Pro Smart Maxi removes the need to run separate descaling cycles on your machine. For busy commercial environments, this not only saves on servicing times but is also advantageous as it will help prevent scale build up, reduce the likelihood component failures or blockages, and preserve the lifespan of your machine.
Filter changing intervals will depend on the machine usage but if your notice a change in coffee quality or water flow, then this is certainly indicative that a new filter needs fitting.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying all postage costs associated with returning the item to us.
