After receiving many enquiries from customers looking for the Aquaflow AF517 cartridge we've sourced our own compatible filter which will serve as a direct replacement.
The main difference between the Damixa original and our cartridge is the length - with our filter being about 4 shorter.
However the fitting mechanism (i.e. how it connects to the fixed head) is absolutely identical.
The life of the cartridge is approx. 6 months.

. I bought one of your products in the past and you sent me regular reminders, which was fine except I never fitted the device (DIY has never been my strong point). However, I'd really appreciate a reminder service now that an in-line filter has actually been installed...as I kept this filter for over a year before replacing it...maybe this will happen automatically.

. What would be even better is if I could set up a DD or whatever and you just collect the money and send me one every six months :-)
