With the introduction of Chloramine some customers in these areas (specifically Scotland, Wales and Thames water customers) occasionally notice that the taste of their water changes. This is usually due to an insufficient contact time with a typical cartridge because Chloramine is very difficult to remove with regular carbon.
Due to this we've sourced a specially coated activated carbon, specifically designed to target Chloramine effectively, offering better performance in these areas.
